                              RESOLUTION NO. 21494
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE DESIGN
                 AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN INTERCEPTOR SEWER FROM
                 MABEL STREET TO THE CITICO PUMPING STATION FOR
                 AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND,
                 ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($81,100.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. 
for
       engineering services relative to the design and construction of 
an
       interceptor sewer from Mabel Street to the Citico Pumping Station 

       for an amount not to exceed $81,100.00.
